- Allows the User to link component processes together to build the overall
Synthetic Route from purchased raw/starting materials through to API
- The software allows the User to add new Processes or completely new
Synthetic Routes in mid-process or when new sources of starting
materials are identified
- Shown in a schematic block diagram which clearly displays yield and
utilization information
Worksheet
- Allows the User to easily change a large variation of parameters in order
to evaluate the impact on cost per kg of output material
- Includes parameters such as process, yield, raw material cost, facility,
scale of operation, throughput, labor required, and more
- Allows the User to identify cost drivers in a variety of different scenarios
Scenario
- Allows the User to evaluate a specific manufacturing situations using
collection of worksheets based on a specific route
- For example, the cost to manufacture in one facility versus another can
be evaluated by setting up a scenario for each different facility
Cost Ladder Report
- Shows a graph of the incremental costs added to the overall cost per kg of
the API by material and processing expenses at each step in the route
- Allows Users to easily evaluate the cost contribution of materials and
processes, in order to focus development or sourcing resources as
appropriate
Cost Report
- Displays an itemized cost sheet with a detailed breakout of all material
and labor costs for each step in your Synthetic Route
- Cost Report also calculates cost contribution percentage and value per
batch
- Reports can be exported to PDF or to Excel for further analysis
